I'm happy with my recently installed furnace branded Goodman performed by Shah and Pouya. My old furnace 20+ years started triggering the sensors and shutting off the ignition. Vincent carefully explained why it was necessary to legitimately replace the unit and offered a good deal and warranty. I would also highlight that even in reduced workspace, they took care not damaging any other device in my utility room.
Mixed feelings on this. My Service Technician, Vincent was great. Straightforward and honest. Clearly sees he cares about what he does and how it affects the people he deals with.My furnace died, opted for a heat pump. Waited a week mostly due to having to wait for a house assessment to get a government rebate. No worries, Advance gave me an electric heater to help with the blistering cold.Install day comes, three guys in to install. Started early, stayed late. Perfect. I had to leave at 5:30 with the family for another commitment. No problem.Came back later that night to see all my downstairs lights were still on, heat was jacked up 28, none of the floors/steps had been swept. The vent piping that need to go outside was done reasonably well, but doesn't look like a professional job. I'm over 6 feet tall, and the pipes barely clear my head without ducking making the space feel more cramped than normal. I understand there isn't much space to play with, but I know I can reroute the piping to be up a little more. In that space, every inch matters and I know I'm being a little picky in this regard.I did notice the day after that I also had to turn my water heater back on. Not sure how that could have been missed, but here we are.Overall a positive experience, but there is definitely room for improvement as this business grows. Keep Vincent! Kristine the Office Manager was also very helpful and quick to respond.

It's never great to have your AC die in the heat... advanced made it tolerable. Process was quick, easy, amd well communicated. Made the whole process seamless. Would recommend then to anyone with an old AC looking to upgrade to a heat pump.
